Choosing not to enforce a rule on one occasion doesn't mean we've waived the right to enforce it later.
You bear full responsibility for every transaction, message, and data action you carry out through the Platform. This applies to all users in the United States and beyond.

1.4 Oxvurilz Access Restrictions and Termination
Oxvurilz may limit or revoke your Platform access — temporarily or permanently — if:

Any dealings you have with External Providers are entirely at your own risk. Users in the United States should exercise particular care when engaging with third-party services.
